Due to the nature of our digital and virtual services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are dedicated to making sure our clients are happy with our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with unlimited revisions to meet your needs.
Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully:
1. No Refunds on Digital Services
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, once a project has commenced, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place because once digital content (such as designs, logos, artwork, etc.) is delivered or the work begins, it cannot be “returned” or “unused.”
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all design projects. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, you can request unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project. We will work closely with you to make necessary adjustments to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
- Revisions: Unlimited revisions are available, but they must be within the scope of the original project brief. If the revisions fall outside the original agreement, additional charges may apply.
- Scope of Work: If you request changes that fall outside of the originally agreed-upon project scope, we will provide a separate quote for the additional work.
3. Delivery and Timeline
Our typical delivery time for completed projects is between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the project. If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated timeline.
4. Client’s Responsibilities
To ensure that your project is completed as requested, we ask that you:
- Provide clear, detailed instructions at the beginning of the project.
- Respond promptly to any questions or requests for feedback from our design team.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
Failure to provide timely feedback may lead to delays in the completion of your project.
5. Cancellation Policy
Once work has started on your project (such as initial design concepts or drafts being provided), it is considered active and non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel the project before work begins, you may request a cancellation.
If you choose to cancel a project before the design process starts, you will not be charged. However, once any work has been completed, the full amount is due, regardless of project completion.
6. Handling Disputes
If you have an issue with our services or are not satisfied after multiple revisions, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.
