At NextZen Graphics, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design services with timely delivery. This Delivery Policy outlines our process for delivering digital design projects, including timelines, formats, and how we handle delays.

1. Delivery Timeline

We aim to complete and deliver your project within 1 to 10 business days. The exact timeline for your project depends on the scope of work, complexity, and responsiveness to any feedback or revisions required.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 1 to 10 business days from the date of receiving all necessary information and approval to begin the project.
  • Complex Projects: Larger or more complex projects (such as brand identity development or large-scale campaigns) may take longer, and we will inform you of an estimated delivery time after discussing your project in detail.

If there are any delays beyond the estimated delivery time, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated delivery schedule.

2. Project Kickoff

Once you place an order or initiate a project, we will request the following information from you to begin:

  • Detailed project brief (including any ideas, concepts, or preferences you may have).
  • Brand guidelines, existing assets (such as logos, images, etc.), or any specific materials required.
  • Clear instructions on the scope of work, including deliverables and any deadlines.

The timeline for your project will begin once we have received all necessary information and materials from you. Delays in receiving this information may extend the delivery time.

3. Delivery Method

All completed project files will be delivered electronically via email or through a secure file-sharing platform. The format of the final files will be determined based on the type of service provided and your preferences (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, etc.).

  • File Formats: We typically deliver the final design files in multiple formats, including but not limited to JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) where applicable.
  • File Sharing: Large files or multiple design assets may be shared through cloud storage or file-sharing platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

Once the files are sent, you will receive a notification, and we will confirm that the delivery has been successfully completed.

4. Revisions and Feedback

  • Revision Process: After receiving the initial designs, you are encouraged to provide feedback within 2 to 5 business days. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final deliverables.
  • Final Approval: Once you have reviewed the final designs and are happy with them, you will need to provide formal approval. The final version of the design will then be delivered in the agreed-upon formats.
  • Delayed Feedback: Delayed responses or feedback may result in extended delivery times.

5. Late Delivery or Delays

While we strive to deliver all projects on time, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances (such as revisions, additional client requests, or other factors) may cause a delay. In such cases, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible.
  • Provide an updated delivery timeline.
  • Make every effort to minimize any further delays.

Please note that NextZen Graphics is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as slow feedback from clients, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions (e.g., file sharing platforms).

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of your project, we request that you:

  • Provide clear instructions, assets, and feedback at the outset and throughout the project.
  • Respond to communication from our design team promptly.
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within the timeline to avoid delays.

Failure to provide timely feedback may result in an extension of the delivery time.

7. Urgent or Expedited Projects

If you require a project to be completed on an expedited basis, please let us know at the time of ordering. We may be able to accommodate expedited requests for an additional fee, depending on the complexity and current workload.

  • Expedited Delivery Fees: A rush fee may apply to projects requiring delivery in less than 3 business days or on weekends and holidays.

8. Post-Delivery Support

Once your project has been delivered and approved, we are happy to offer post-delivery support for minor adjustments or questions regarding the final files.

  • Minor Adjustments: If you notice any issues with the final files (such as file corruption, missing elements, etc.), we will correct them at no additional cost.
  • Further Revisions: Any further major changes or new requests beyond the original project scope will be charged separately, and a new timeline will be established.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Once your project is completed and delivered, we will send a confirmation email, including:

  • A summary of the final deliverables.
  • Links to download the files, if applicable.
  • Any additional instructions or details relevant to the files or designs.
